Chocolate: Corruption runs deep into the blood stream, until there is visible punishment that involves unaliving them publicly or doing something that will affect their lives or bring shame from generations to generations I don’t think it can be eradicated.
And no messiah can save us.
Bade: Corruption in Nigeria is give and take
The opportunist claims entitlement to a big slice of the cake
When you come into position, from past honorable dispositions, even erstwhile critics, greedily break.
It is the poor and the torn nation that develop insidious belly ache.
Bade: @Omidi Charges of criminality may be targeted, but are not always fake
The rivers and tributaries have been poisoned as well as the lakes
The goal is to pretend you are there to help to bake
But billions of dollars to your side you will also profusely rake.
Bade: Your cultural and religious tenets you are quick to forsake
It’s not that the cheated citizens are not yet awake
But you control the power, and the laws you make.
Corruption in Nigeria is heavy, more compacted, more widespread than Siberian or Canadian fields and forests covered with snowflakes.
