There's a difference.
Features are what you THINK users want.
Solutions are what users ACTUALLY need.
You can have 100 features and solve zero problems.
Before you build your next feature, ask:
1. What problem does this solve?
2. How do you KNOW it's a problem?
3. Will users pay for this solution?
If you can't answer all 3, STOP BUILDING.
What problem are you solving?
