You're doing too much.

Every task in your business falls into 3 categories:

1. AUTOMATE: Can software do this?
2. DELEGATE: Can someone else do this?
3. DELETE: Does this even need to happen?

Today's exercise:

List everything you did this week.

For each task, write: A, D, or X.

Next week, act on it.

What are you automating first?
