Hot take: 90% of African tech startups are solving problems that don't exist.

Before you write another line of code, answer this:

1. Who is your customer?
2. What problem keeps them awake at night?
3. How much would they PAY to solve it?
4. Have you talked to 10 of them?

If you can't answer all 4, you're building a hobby, not a business.

Comment 'REAL' if you're solving an actual problem. Let's separate builders from dreamers.
