Honest question: Who are you REALLY building for?

Users who will pay you?
Or investors who MIGHT fund you?

Because those are different products.

Users want simple, fast, and useful.
Investors want growth, TAM, and buzzwords.

The best strategy? Build for users first.

Happy users attract investors.
But investors without users? That's a house of cards.
