Andy: The operators should be sued to court by the State regulators on behalf of the consumers for failing to live to the standard of the contract.
MONEYIN Bernard: NCC should caution MTN Communication to simplify their data subscription mode. Also, stop pop-ups unwanted data subscription random messages enforcing indeptedness.
