When was the last time you used your OWN product as a user?

Not as a founder checking analytics.
As an actual USER trying to solve a problem.

This weekend, do a full audit:

1. Sign up as a new user
2. Go through onboarding
3. Try to accomplish your main use case
4. Note every friction point

You'll be shocked at what you find.
