James Lambie: This approach has worked in other places like Colombia or Northern Ireland. I can't help feeling that a conflict gets to a certain point of exhaustion before it becomes a practical solution, as in acceptable to one side or both.

Igbrude Frank: Reintegrating “repentant terrorists” without proper justice is unfair to victims and dangerous to society. Many innocent people lost their lives, homes, and families because of terrorism. Rewarding terrorists with rehabilitation while victims still suffer sends the wrong message.
