WE DIDN'T VOTE FOR APC IN ENUGU STATE, WHY ARE WE SUFFERING IN THE HAND OF APC?

ENUGU IS IN DARKNESS, AND THIS APC GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED NDI ENUGU

Ndi Enugu, enough is enough!

For more than 2 weeks today, our homes, shops, hospitals, and schools have been in total darkness. Businesses are closing. Freezers are smelling. Food is rotting. Students can not read. This Christmas season, Enugu is black, and they want us to keep quiet!

What does this APC-led government say?

MainPower says there will be six days of scheduled outages across six LGAs from November 5 to 10 for eight hours daily as TCN carries out maintenance at its Nsukka station. They said it is necessary to allow TCN to undertake maintenance work at its Nsukka transmission station, from November 5 to November 10, 2026, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.

But that is half truth! We have been in TOTAL darkness for more than 2 weeks TODAY, not 6 days!

The same MainPower confessed that the WEEKS of blackout is because of reduced power generation nationwide and declining generation causing low system frequency, forcing TCN to introduce load shedding.

So, the national grid has collapsed, and what has the Enugu government done? NOTHING!

Gov Peter Mbah was elected on PDP in 2023 and officially joined APC on October 14, 2025, after defecting from PDP. He told us joining APC would bring Enugu closer to the centre. Centre for what? For more darkness?

You defected to APC, you call yourself progressive, but you can not give Ndi Enugu light for one full day! Which serious government shuts down high tension lines for 6 LGAs at once in the Christmas season without alternative? No solar backup, no palliative, no emergency plan!

This is anti-people! This is wickedness! This is a government that has run out of ideas!

To those still defending this AzuZA government , are you blind? Your generator no dey tired? Your children no dey sweat for heat? Are you normal?

I say it the way it is: This APC government does not care about the people it governs.

We didn't vote APC in Enugu. Why are we suffering in the hands of APC?

Ndi Enugu, shine your eyes. Darkness is not development.

We must unite NOW. We must vote out this darkness in 2027 and bring fresh ideas. They have nothing to offer again.

We say NO to blackout. We say NO to APC AzuZA government.

Nigeria will be OK, but Enugu must wake up first.
