Respectfully how to pay for it by the current Nigerian govt if they are serious no lies/no slogans
Improve tax compliance without overtaxing poor people or small informal traders.
Stop oil theft, customs leakage, payroll fraud, and inflated procurement.
Sell or concession dormant government assets transparently.
Reduce nonessential official convoys, overseas travel, duplicated agencies, and administrative costs.
Use infrastructure bonds, pension funds, development finance, and public-private partnerships for projects that generate revenue.
Apply recovered public funds to independently audited infrastructure programmes.
Publish every contract, contractor, amount, milestone, payment, and inspection report online daily on the global internet no lies/no slogans
Release money in stages only after engineers and citizens verify completed work.
A realistic timetable
