#BREAKING: Nigerian Civil Defence Corps Officer Identified As Onoja Samuel Has Been Arrested By The Police For Firing Gunshots Into The Air At Kubwa Market In Abuja.

The officer was arrested on Wednesday 28, October 2026, after a distress call reported that a man with a pistol was shooting sporadically at the FCT market.

An eye witness account stated that Samuel stormed the market armed with a gun because some traders assaulted his wife. Samuel then stormed the market firing gunshots in the air.

The police recovered a CZ pistol and 17 rounds of live 9mm ammunition from him during his arrest.
