The Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) have started getting health workers ready across Nigeria for a possible strike. This is because the Federal Government has not adjusted (updated or increased) the Consolidated Health Salary Structure (CONHESS) for health workers. This demand has stayed unresolved for about 13 years.
