Protect Your Peace

Not every fight is worth your energy, and not every argument deserves your response.

Sometimes, the strongest move you can make is to step away from what disrupts your peace.

Quit trying to justify yourself to those who are set on misunderstanding you. Don’t trade your joy just to make everyone else happy.

Your peace is invaluable, defend it with everything you’ve got.
- Opt for silence instead of unnecessary drama,
- choose distance over toxic relationships, and - prioritize your happiness over seeking approval.

Remember, while you can’t control how others treat you, you absolutely can control what you let into your life.
