A woman said her husband told her to stop working because his money is enough for the family. Now he insults her every day that she is a liability. He gives her only 10k per week for house feeding for family of 5.
She has a job offer of 250k monthly but husband said if she takes the job, he will divorce her.
She has no savings, her parents said "endure for the kids."

What should she do?
