People talk about being self-employed like it's just waking up whenever you want and making money from your phone.

But nobody talks about the days you work and make nothing.

The pressure of finding customers, managing money, learning new things, and trying to convince people to pay you for your work.

When you're employed, you have a salary to look forward to. When you're self-employed, you might make more money one month and spend the next month looking for your next customer. 😭

I'm not saying it's bad. There's something exciting about building something of your own.

But let's stop acting like it's easy money. You're not just doing the work. You're also responsible for finding the work.

Being your own boss sounds nice until you realise you're also the HR department, accountant, marketer, and sometimes the entire workforce. 😂
