π’ LET'S TALK ABOUT SOMETHING MANY PEOPLE GET WRONG! π€β€οΈ
Some people want others to support their posts, but they hardly support anybody else's.
They want comments, but they don't comment.
They want people to read their posts, but they don't take time to read others.
They want a community, but they don't participate in one.
Let me remind us of something: A community grows when people feel seen, heard, and valued.
You don't always need money to support someone. Sometimes, reading their post, leaving a thoughtful comment, or sharing a useful opinion can encourage them to keep going.
Of course, nobody can be everywhere or comment on every post. We all have our lives and responsibilities.
But if we want people to engage with our content, shouldn't we also learn to engage meaningfully with theirs?
Be honest: When you post something and nobody comments, do you blame the platform, blame your followers, or check whether you're also building relationships with other people?
