FCT minister Nyesom Wike when his name wasn't on the Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council was released:
“I am not a member of the APC. So the issue of their Presidential Campaign Council is out of the question,”
“When we were fighting for the President to be president in 2023, we were not members of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, but we were fighting. So, we had our own strategies on how the president would emerge.”
OCTOBER
When the new list has his name as member of the Council:
"Are you not aware I will lead his campaign in Rivers State? You want me to say no? Are you not aware that he didn't get up to 10 per cent here, FCT? But he will win here."
