Nigeria, through the NNPC, is one of the biggest crude oil producers in the world.
Same Nigeria also, through Dangote Refinery, is home to the largest single train Refinery in the world.

However NNPC exports most of its crude but imports refined products for local consumption;
Whereas Dangote Refinery imports a significant portion of the crude oil it needs and exports some of its refined products to the outside world.
