AI: BEYOND OUR CAREERS

Everybody is asking whether AI will take our jobs. I think we should be asking a bigger question: Are we prepared for the world AI is about to create? Beyond employment, AI will challenge how we educate our children, build relationships, establish trust, govern societies, protect privacy and even define human worth.

When knowledge becomes cheap and skills can be replicated by machines, what happens to an education system built around qualifications?

When faces, voices and events can be convincingly fabricated, what becomes our standard for truth?

When artificial companionship becomes easier than human relationships, what happens to our capacity for connection? and if technology creates enormous wealth with fewer people required to produce it, who benefits?

How do we prevent progress from becoming another instrument of inequality? These are not reasons to fear AI. They are reasons to think beyond it. We must prepare our minds to adapt, our finances to withstand uncertainty, our institutions to govern responsibly and our children to navigate a world we cannot fully predict.

Above all, we must stop measuring human worth solely by productivity. A machine outperforming you at a task does not make you less human. Every technological revolution changes how we live. This one may change several dimensions of human existence at once.

The real danger may not be that AI becomes smarter than us but that its capabilities advance faster than our wisdom to manage them. So, beyond our careers, which aspect of human existence do you think we are least prepared to rethink?

These generations are going to be lazy, in their educational resources because they have AI to do the easy job for them. And we are going to lose a lot of intelligence people.

MusicDsoul: AI has come to stay
