Mama.
The subtle, tender warmth
wrapped in comfort.
The first home.
The first prayer.
The last tear.

One mother's birthday became a memorial.

One mother waits for remains to bury.

One mother lost her only son.

The grieving pain knows no bounds.

But rest, dear mothers.
Rest, for you are the peacemakers.

Rest, for your children are not lost.

They are at home,
resting in the palms of heaven
You carried them in your womb.

You carried them in your prayers.

You carried them to the skies.

And now heaven carries them
in the palms of peace.

Mama,
the love that never ends

Attention! . At ease! .
