Thank God I held myself back from responding yesterday.

Imagine you comment on someone’s post, then come back some minutes later to insult the person because they didn’t come to your own post.

Meanwhile, I’ve seen the same person going around people’s posts this morning, asking them to come and engage on hers, at least she’s more polite this morning. 🤷‍♀️

Engagement is good, but must we fight people under their posts to get it?

If you want people to engage with your content, ask nicely. There’s really no need for insults or unnecessary drama.

We can ask for engagement without demanding it, and we can seek support without disrespecting people.

At the end of the day, it’s a social platform.
Let’s keep it social.

You’re absolutely right.
There’s a big difference between asking for engagement and demanding it — especially when the “ask” comes with insults or passive-aggressive energy under someone else’s post. That kind of behaviour kills the vibe faster than anything.
