*HEALING IS YOURS (10)*

*Matthew 8:16 When evening came, they brought to Him many who were under the power of demons, and He drove out the spirits with a word and restored to health all who were sick.* 
Vs 17 And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases.
1st Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. 
He personally bore sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.
Jesus is the Son who bears the perfect imprint of the Father.
John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Hebrews 1:3 calls him the sole expression of the glory of God, and He is the perfect imprint and very image. He manifests the nature of His Father. His father is a Healing God. Jesus is a Healing Son, A Healing Christ.
God anointed Him to heal the sick. If you call Him Jesus Christ, it means Jesus the anointed. Priests, Kings and prophets were anointed in the scriptures for different purposes.

*Jesus was anointed to HEAL THE SICK.*
Luke 4:18 the Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor; He has sent me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed, Vs 19 To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord Vs 20 He rolled up the book and gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were gazing at Him. Vs 21 And He began to speak to them: 
Today this scripture has been fulfilled while you are present and hearing.
This was a prophecy earlier spoken by Isaiah in Isaiah 61. Jesus is the fulfillment.
He is our Christ. Anointed to heal sicknesses and diseases. 
Acts 10:38 How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the Spirit and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

Sickness is not of God.. It is an oppression of the devil; Acts 10:38. Healing is the goodness of God.
Jesus was anointed for sickness and diseases. He is our healer. Jesus is our healer, he brings healing and wholeness.
