Ehen jare… back to our gist 😜😜…
So at first, I thought it was just the change of environment. But the thing got worse,…
I had to ask the gerhl what was wrong😳❓

My pikin was like..,
…"Mummy, they are discriminating against me. It's because I'm not white."

I was shocked…. "Haaa😳‼️
Why would this gerhl think this Kain tinkinnnnnn😳❓
This was a girl with white cousins….
Where did that even come from🤷🏻‍♂️❓

Then she was like…, "Mummy, have you noticed how HARD I've been reading❓..
All the extra effort I put into my projects❓"

Honestly, I had noticed she was studying harder, but as long as she wasn't disturbing me and was busy doing something profitable, I said, "Abeg, kwantinu, good pikin." 🤪

The gerhl was sha explaining sadly that ALL that effort was because she had NEVER received the award again after that first time. And she was SURE that the students who won afterwards were NOT BETTER than her.

I tried to reason with her, as good mama concyn😜😜… that maybe the award can only be received once❓
The gerhl was like….. "Noooo‼️….Some white students have won it MORE THAN ONCE‼️"
Na so she dey cry...
"Mummy... this life is not fair... buhuuu... buhuuu..."😂😂😂😂😂
She cried & cried & cried…. So tey…. She was like…. “everybody was unkind‼️”…..
“Everybody was a racist…‼️”.

The thing tire me and I tried every consoling word I knew,…..Guys, NOTHING worked‼️
