A lot of people talk about “cutting others off” like it’s a power move… but the real question is Do you genuinely add value to the people around you? Would your absence actually be felt in a positive way? Or is it just WhatsApp + social media that’s giving you courage? Because sometimes, the truth is harsh some people are only “important” online. In real life, they don’t show up, don’t support, don’t help, don’t grow… so cutting people off isn’t the flex they think it is. At the same time, it is okay to step back from people who drain you but it shouldn’t come from pride or ego, it should come from self-respect and mutual respect. The real goal should be: Be someone whose presence brings peace, love, value, support, and goodness. So that when you walk away, people don’t just notice they genuinely miss your energy. Until then… like I said, some people really only matter on social media and WhatsApp status sha 😂
