DAY 3 — WHAT HAPPENS WHEN CSF BUILDS UP?

🚨 When the balance is disrupted, pressure can become a problem.
Imagine water flowing through a drainage system. If the fluid cannot flow properly or cannot be absorbed normally, it can begin to accumulate.
Something similar can happen with CSF in hydrocephalus.
The buildup can enlarge the fluid-filled spaces inside the brain and may increase pressure, depending on the type and cause of hydrocephalus.
That's why recognizing symptoms and seeking medical evaluation matters.
