THE GIRL WHO WAS ALWAYS "TOO BUSY"
He loved her.
But she was always busy.
"I'll call you later."
"I'm tired."
"Maybe tomorrow."
Eventually, he stopped asking.
Months later, she called him.
"I miss you."
He replied:
"I miss you too."
She smiled.
"Can we try again?"
He said:
"I'm married."
Silence.
"When did that happen?"
"Six months ago."
She started crying.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
His answer:
"You were busy."
