I have observed the manner at which some trailer/truck drivers park anyhow and drive anyhow on our roads and I'm forced to ask:

Why are they above the rules that restrict illegal parking and reckless driving?

Why do they voluntarily render some major roads inaccessible because they've turned it to their parking lot and nothing is done?
