Both have the qualifications.
Both have years of teaching experience.
Both passed the interview.
Both can teach.

👨🏾‍🏫 TEACHER A — Mr. Daniel

• Very friendly and always smiling
• Makes students comfortable asking questions
• Patient with slow learners
• Uses jokes and real-life examples to teach
• Good with parents and colleagues
• Calm even when things get stressful
• Students genuinely enjoy his classes
• But sometimes he can be too relaxed and may struggle to be strict when necessary.

👨🏾‍🏫 TEACHER B — Mr. Collins

• Very disciplined and serious
• Keeps the class extremely organized
• Doesn't tolerate laziness or disrespect
• Always punctual
• Strong classroom control
• Pushes students to meet high standards
• Excellent with academic performance
• But he can be very strict, and some students find him intimidating.
