The man you see in the photo is 47 year old Simeon Okoh who lives in Nuhu boulevard in Kabusa Garden estates, Abuja.
On the 12th of September, Mr. Simeon bought sliced roadside water melons at Kabusa junction in Apo area of Abuja, consumed it for dinner and woke up with strange sores on his lips.
He didn't think much of it initially, but realized few hours later that the sores kept growing and spreading; and by afternoon the next day, he also started experiencing difficulty swallowing.
Then his jaw started becoming stiff!
His wife was so scared that she took their 3 children and fled from the house.
She strongly believed that Mr. Simeon had stepped on Juju.
By the following weekend, Mr. Simeon had developed terrifying boils and scabies all over his face, scalp and chest— to the point that his hair even started falling out.
This was the point he was rushed to hospital and tested.
And the results came back as DIPHTHERIA!!!
Which was eventually traced back to the contaminated slice of water melon he had consumed on the 12th of September, 2026.
Mr. Simeon was immediately admitted and given antibiotics, but his condition didn't improve at all.
In fact, by Monday morning of this week, Mr. Simeon woke up to find his neck had quadrupled in size and thickness.
Congenital bull neck!
His upper lip also started breaking up and decaying as the virulent bacteria began eating them into unsightly clefts.
This is Mr. Simeon's current state as of today when this picture was sent me by his wife.
In her words, she cried:
'Ivan Eagle Lawson, I think my husband sIept with a woman and didn't pay her and the woman did Juju on him. Please help protect me and my children. Let him suffer whatever he has brought upon himself alone.'
But my divinity revealed to me that it was the sliced watermelon the man bought on the roadside to eat.
My spirit guides not only showed me the exact seller who had sold the contaminated fruit to him, they also showed me the exact colour of the knife carrying the infection that was transmitted during slicing.
I called Mr. Simeon to ask him questions and he confirmed what I had seen spiritually.
So unfortunate!
I am also reliably informed that there is a DIPHTHERIA pandemic in Abuja!

Most of these fruits that abokis slice for you aren't washed.
Some of them are washed with gutter water.
The knives used to slice those pineapples and water melons you buy from their dirty trays and transparent bowls are only occasionally rinsed with pure water once in 2 months.
Many are NEVER washed at all.
The abokis just wipe the knives on their clothes after a day's sale and prepare to use it for the next day's business.
The knives are placed on dirty floors 90% of the time.
Buy your pineapples and watermelons whole, take them home, soak them in saline water(salt), add baking soda and white vinegar and thoroughly wash them before peeling and slicing with your clean knife.
STOP tasting tiger nuts on the road.
The cups used to measure them out are crawling with filth and microbes.
STOP buying soaked tiger nuts.
The water used in soaking them most times are swimming with e-coli, salmonella and about 27 other dangerous bacteria including Corynebacterium diphtheria itself.
Any fruit or vegetable you buy from any Nigerian market, ensure you soak them in salt water and white vinegar with baking soda for at least 15 minutes, then rinse off with running tap water before eating or cooking.
Without vaccination and quick treatment, the chances of surviving diphtheria are VERY VERY slim as it can lead to irreversible paralysis, choking, heart failure and death.
Please do not joke with this update especially if you live in Abuja.
