“GEN Z needs to understand that when you’re leaving a job, you can’t just disappear like that. You need to write a resignation letter.

My co-worker collected her salary yesterday. This morning, she didn’t show up.

By exactly 8:40 AM, the manager called her:

“Hope there’s no problem?”

She calmly replied, “No problem. I’m not working there anymore.”

The manager was literally left speechless.

The funny part is that this girl plays a major role in the company, and replacing her isn’t something they can just do overnight. Now everybody is looking at each other like, “So… what exactly do we do today?”

Please, things are not done that way nah. If you want to leave, leave properly. Write your resignation letter, give them notice, and allow them to prepare for your replacement.
