A new week means more enquiries, more customers, more tasks and more things that can fall through the cracks.
One thing I keep learning as COO of Boffins Technology is that business growth can actually create more problems when the systems behind the business do not grow with it.
You generate leads.
Someone has to capture them.
Someone has to qualify them.
Someone has to follow up.
Someone needs to know whether a quotation was sent.
Someone needs to confirm payment.
Someone needs to make sure the customer is not forgotten afterwards.
