Delta Crisis: We Shut Down the Secretariat Until the Government Assures Us of Safety — Ofobruku

We were told Adeda had an altercation with the Director of Exams and Standards. Prior to this, he had had an issue with the director sometime last year when he was Chief Inspector of Education in Isoko South LGA. Adeda was posted to Asaba this year to work under the same director he had clashed with in the past. They had an altercation which led to the director inviting the Honourable Commissioner, who allegedly ordered his driver, supported by civil servants loyal to the director, to beat up Mr. Adeda. They beat him up, leaving him with internal injuries.
