Should Customers Interfere in Every Solar Installer’s Palava?

Your neighbour comes and says, “Aunty, that solar installer did this to me…” 😒
Before you hear the installer’s side, you’re already saying, “Hmm! These solar people!” 😂
But should we always judge an installer before hearing both sides?
What if the customer misunderstood the installation? What if the installer actually advised against the load, but the customer went ahead anyway? And what if the installer was genuinely wrong?
Just like parents and teachers, customers and solar installers also need communication, understanding and facts before conclusions.
Not every solar problem means the installer is bad—and not every installer is automatically right.
