At the inaugural CFO AI Roundtable and launch of the CFO AI Council, powered by dbrownconsulting, Nigerian finance leaders examined how artificial intelligence is being integrated into accounting, forecasting, finance operations and strategic planning.

Laura Bisesto, Chief of Staff to OpenAI’s CFO, shared how OpenAI is applying AI across areas such as contract review, purchase-order accruals, cash application, monthly reviews, forecasting and long-range planning, with longer-term ambitions around a “zero-day close” and continuous forecasting.
