THE HIGHER THE POSSIBLE RETURN, THE HIGHER THE RISK CAN BE.
Every investment comes with some level of risk. An investment that offers the possibility of making more money may also expose you to greater losses.
That is why you shouldn't look at the potential return alone. Before investing, ask yourself:
“How much can I afford to lose?”
Understanding risk is just as important as understanding return.
When you invest, do you think more about the possible gain or the possible loss?

Chidimma....: Very true. People often focus on how much they can gain and forget to consider how much they can afford to lose. Risk should always be part of the decision.
JulietUlom: The potential gain may look attractive, but understanding what you could lose is equally important. Always consider the risk before chasing the return.
Rev. Goodidea Sunday: Very true. 💯 A wise investor should consider both sides of the equation. The excitement of a possible profit should never make us ignore what we could lose. Understanding your risk tolerance and doing proper research before committing money is essential. 📊💰
