As long as you keep pretending you have no problem, you will never look for a solution, so you will stay unhappy.

Happiness starts when you become honest with yourself:

"Yes, I have a problem. I'm always jealous."
"Yes, I have a problem. I spend money to impress people."
"Yes, I have a problem. I don't love myself."

That moment of honesty is painful, but it's the beginning of freedom. Because once you name the problem, you can now work on it.

Denial keeps you unhappy. Awareness is the first step to happiness.

Wishing you a fruitful week ahead ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm currently learning how to say NO!
Adesanya Ayotola: Absolutely. Sometimes the hardest part of growth is admitting the truth about ourselves without trying to defend, excuse or disguise it. Self-awareness may not feel good initially but it gives you something denial never can: a place to begin.

Wishing you a fruitful and transformative week ahead too...
