An environment where you are not allowed to disagree, ask questions, or express a different opinion is not necessarily an environment focused on growth.
Real growth requires room for honest conversations, different perspectives, corrections, and respectful disagreement.
When everyone is expected to think the same way just to keep the peace, people may stop growing and start pretending.
A healthy environment doesn’t demand that you always agree. It gives you the freedom to disagree respectfully without fear.
Where there is no freedom to disagree, there may be control instead of growth.
