Omo make i gist una today 😹there's this building in my street ehh the building used to have just 6 flats before the landlord decided to renovate it. He gave everybody a quit notice, and before you knew it, all the tenants had moved out.

Guess what happened next? He renovated the entire building and turned those 6 flats into 30 self-contained rooms. Yes, 30 rooms!

Omo, the rooms are so small that even a common bedstand cannot pass through the door. Yet, the rent is over ₦800k!

Imagine paying over ₦800k for a room where even your bedstand is struggling to enter. 😹

Omo I wan become landlord oooo
