My concern is not with faith itself but with unquestioning belief. Any book, idea, institution, or authority can become a tool of influence if people are taught never to question it. The same applies to governments, media, corporations, and even science when critical thinking is discouraged.

That's why I love children. They keep asking one simple question: Why?

The moment we stop asking, "Why?" and "How do we know?"we become easier to influence. Television gives us someone else's vision of the world. Social media does the same. Religion, politics, advertising, and the news can all shape our thinking if we never question what we are told.

Critical thinking is not the enemy of faith—it is part of wisdom. If something is true, it should not fear honest questions.

Many people spend years memorizing scriptures or following teachings that tell them how to live, but we should never stop thinking for ourselves. We all share responsibility for one another. If something can harm us, it can harm someone else, too.

Perhaps peace will not come from convincing everyone to believe the same thing. Perhaps it will come when we learn to respect one another, stay curious, ask better questions, and choose compassion over certainty.

Felix: Questioning with humility does not weaken conviction, it strengthens understanding because wisdom grows when we remain curious enough to examine what we believe.
CSO intl: Faith and reason can coexist. We can believe, but still ask “why?” and “how do we know?” Without curiosity, we become vulnerable to whatever we are told.
