Good morning great friends
Is Friday and we all happy to have the weekend coming by.

So is the time of the month women have their monthly circle ⭕️ so let’s discuss about it
What happened to your body during Menstrual periods.

Menstrual Circle is:the monthly cycle that prepares the body for possible pregnancy. It usually lasts 21 to 35 days, average 28 days.

We have four phases:

a) Menstrual phase (Day 1-5): If pregnancy doesn't happen, the uterine lining sheds. This is the period. Bleeding can last 3-7 days.

b) Follicular phase (Day 1-13): Brain releases FSH, which tells the ovary to mature an egg. Estrogen rises and rebuilds the uterine lining.

c) Ovulation (Around Day 14): A surge in LH hormone releases the mature egg from the ovary. This is the most fertile time.

d) Luteal phase (Day 15-28): The ovary releases progesterone to keep the lining ready. If no pregnancy, progesterone drops and the cycle starts again.

Changes you can experience in your body during this period and variations are normal;
- irregular periods, mild cramps, mood changes, breast tenderness around ovulation and before periods due to hormone shifts.

Take note of this and seek care from a healthcare professional if you have very heavy bleeding, periods lasting >7 days, severe pain that stops daily activities, bleeding between periods, or cycles shorter than 21 days or longer than 90 days.
