Stop applying for jobs you’re 100% qualified for❌️😫

Yes, I said it but hear me out 👇

Some people only apply for jobs where they meet every single requirement, and that can make them miss opportunities they could actually be a good fit for.

Stop disqualifying yourself by only applying for jobs where you meet 100% of the requirements.

If you have the core skills, relevant or transferable experience, and can realistically learn what you’re missing, apply.

Separate the must haves from the nice to haves, assess what you bring to the role, and let the recruiter decide if you’re a fit.

Don’t reject yourself before they even get the chance.
