A customer’s husband stood as a guarantor for his friend to get a bike. The man later disappeared with the bike, and they held the guarantor responsible. He had to give them his TV and other home appliances to offset the debt.

The heart of man is truly wicked. Imagine helping someone and ending up in trouble because of them. This is why many people are now afraid to help or stand as guarantors.
