Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) should never cost a girl her health, dignity, or future. Every girl and woman deserves the right to make informed decisions about her own body and to access the information and care needed to live safely and with dignity.

Ending FGM requires all of us families, communities, parents, leaders, young people, and health advocates to speak up, educate, protect, and empower.

FGM has no health benefit, and there is no justification for harming girls. Together, we can help end FGM and build a future where every girl grows up free from harm.
