DELIVER US FROM THE HANDS OF THE EVIL ONE

Matthew 6:13
“And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.”

A woman went missing. Everyone believed she was dead. Her husband was accused of murder and locked up for two years. An entire story was built around her death… until she was found alive, living with another man.
That real-life case shows how powerful a false narrative can be. The enemy loves the same strategy in the spirit.

That’s why Jesus taught us to pray this Banking kind of prayer:
“deliver us from the evil one”
Listen.
That prayer is deeper than asking God to protect us from bad things.
It is a cry for divine preservation from the traps, schemes, deception, influence, and consequences of evil.

Evil moves from suggestion → influence → bondage. Sometimes the greatest deliverance is God stopping you before you fall, not rescuing you after.

Pray this:
Father, lead me away from every temptation designed to destroy my destiny.
Give me discernment to recognize the traps of the enemy.
Strengthen me when I am weak, guide me when I am confused, and close every door through which evil seeks access into my life.
Deliver me from the evil one, preserve my soul, guard my steps, and keep me under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
