*WHY HUSBAND AND WIFE BLOOD GROUP MUST MATCH BEFORE MARRIAGE/PREGNANCY*

Everybody get blood group (A, B, O, AB) plus Rhesus — either Positive (+) or Negative (-).

If MAMA is Negative (-) like O- , A- , B- , AB-
And PAPA is Positive (+) like O+ , A+ , B+ , AB+

Their pikin fit be Positive (+). Mama body go see pikin blood as enemy and go produce soldiers to attack pikin. First pikin fit survive, but second pikin fit get serious jaundice, swelling, or die inside belle — if dem no give injection.

*The Solution.
✅ All women should know their blood group + rhesus before marriage/pregnancy
✅ If woman is Rhesus NEGATIVE, doctor must give her injection called *Anti-D or RhoGAM* at 28 weeks and within 72 hours after birth/miscarriage/abortion — to protect next pregnancy.
✅ Go for antenatal early!
