How can you assume an office and, in less than a year, people have more complaints than they’ve ever had about the sector you’ve been assigned to manage?

It only shows a lack of proper planning before assuming the role. It further proves that the priorities are in the wrong direction.

If you desire a particular position, you should do your assignment on that role and map out execution strategies before taking it on. That’s how to be effective and efficient.

You don’t assume a role you claim you’re competent for and then start acting like the role met you unawares.

Make it make sense!
