Working Moms Don't Clock Out, They Start a Second Shift after office work.

Coming home from work is not the end of the day for a mother, it's the start of another job.
As Home Manager:She cooks, bathes the kids, does homework and prepares for tomorrow, even on a low battery.

As the Heart of the Home:She reconnects. She hugs, listens, and gives the comfort and security her children waited for all day.

As First Teacher:She teaches manners, discipline and values. What she says at night builds their future.

As a Woman:She must also rest and get help. You can't pour from an empty cup.

That second shift is unpaid and often unseen, but it is what builds the family.

To every family: When she comes home tired, don't add complaints. Help her, hold the baby, and say "Welcome home, thank you."
