SOMETIMES WHAT’S DISTURBING YOUR SLEEP MAY SURPRISE YOU…

You avoided coffee.
You went to bed on time.
The room is quiet…
but what about the LIGHT?

Even small amounts of light at night—from a TV, hallway light, digital clock or glowing device—can interfere with the darkness our bodies use to regulate the natural sleep–wake cycle.

And good sleep isn’t just about how many hours you spend in bed. Your sleep environment matters too.

A few simple changes can help:
🌸keep your bedroom as dark as comfortably possible,
🌸use blackout curtains or an eye mask when needed,
🌸dim lights as bedtime approaches, and reduce bright screens before sleep ( not having a TV in your room if possible 😊)

DARK !!! is the smart. Health issues are prevented
Something we all take for granted might be the
medicine we need - DEEP SLEEP 🤍

Sometimes better sleep starts with changing the environment around you.

And when winding down is still difficult, that’s where I’ve been incorporating NuCalm into my own wellness routine—to help me relax and prepare for rest.

DM me “SLEEP” if you’d like to learn more about the NuCalm app and how I’m using it.
and guess what ?? You can create RESIDUAL INCOME’ while getting the health benefits of the App

Rest well. Live better. 💜
Happy Edith
