TOPIC: THE FIRE AND THE WIND: A FRESH OUTPOURING FOR YOUR GIFTS AND CALLING

KEY TRUTH:
The same outpouring of the Holy Spirit that filled ordinary believers with power at Pentecost is available today, for a fresh release of your gifts and your calling.

THE REAL CHRISTIAN PROBLEM
Many believers let their gifts and calling go quiet after an initial season of use, assuming the anointing they once carried has faded permanently rather than seeking a fresh outpouring.

REFLECTION
The disciples in the upper room were not new believers seeking salvation; they were already followers of Jesus Christ, waiting for a fresh, specific empowering of the Holy Spirit. What filled them was not a one-time event meant to fade; it was meant to be sought again and again.

Whatever gift or calling in you has gone quiet, teaching, singing, serving, leading, preaching, praying, do not assume the fire is gone forever. Ask the Holy Spirit today for a fresh outpouring, the way the disciples waited and received.

NEW CREATION REALITY
I carry gifts and a calling from God, and I am open today to a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon them.

CHRISTIAN CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

● Hunger for the Spirit
● Boldness
● Stewardship of gifts
● Expectancy

PRACTICAL APPLICATION
1. Name the gift or calling in you that has gone quiet lately.
2. Set aside dedicated time today to wait on God for a fresh filling, the way the disciples did.
3. Use your gift in some small way this week, even if you do not feel fully ready.
4. Ask a spiritual mentor or leader to pray over your calling this week.
5. Thank God today for the gift He placed in you, even before you feel the fire again.

MEDITATION
The fire on my gift is not gone; a fresh outpouring is coming as I wait on God.

CONFESSION OF FAITH AND REALITY
I receive a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon my gifts and my calling. What has gone quiet in me is not finished; God is filling me again for greater use in His Kingdom.

THREE SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, send a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon my gifts and calling.
2. Every spirit of discouragement that has silenced my gift, be broken now in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Holy Spirit, fill me afresh and stir up the gift that is in me.

Father, revive the fire on my gift and calling, and use me again for Your Kingdom.
