I see some people argue that quality followers matter more than quantity.

Honestly, I think both matter. More followers give you more reach, while quality followers bring genuine engagement, support and connection.

But here’s the thing I think we shouldn't ignore, quantity can turn into quality.
That person following you today without engaging might become a loyal supporter, customer, friend or valuable connection tomorrow.

So, for me, it’s not really quality vs quantity. It is about Growing my audience, creating value, and building genuine connections along the way.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about how many people follows me, but the value i create with the people who connects with me.
